Terms of Service.
• I reserve the right to politely refuse or cancel and refund a commission for any reason.
• After placing the order, payment must be made within the next 48 hours.
• Prices are subject to vary according to character complexity, as can some outfits and props.
• At some point in the commission process, I may ask for the client's opinion to help me make an artistic decision that involves their personal taste.
• The estimated time for completion of the commission can vary between 3 days and 1 month (After all, I am a person with duties and obligations. Please, be patient).
• Commissions will be accepted based on interest. If the customer wants the commission within a time limit, a priority fee can be negotiated. For this reason, the commissions’ ordination may not be based on first-come-first-serve.
• I will send you a WIP shot for approval so you can request changes if need. o 1 or 2 minor edits can be requested.
o Major or multiple edits will accrue an extra fee dependent on the difficult. o Corrections of mistakes that I may commit (e.g. wrong pattern, etc.) will be free. o (Please, be as specific as possible with your idea since the beginning).
• If the customer regrets, he can have a full refund only before the sketch step. Partial refunds during the process can be negotiated.
No refunds after commission is complete.
• My arts must not be used to generate any profit. Commercial use rights can be discussed and negotiated.
• My artwork cannot be edited without my consent, and my watermark must not be omitted.
• I reserve the right to upload the art I make to my social media, use as portfolio and sell copies with the due credits to the character's owner, but I am not allowed to claim your character as mine or draw it without your permission to promote my art.
• The customer has the right to publish/post the commissioned artwork wherever he wants, as long as he keeps my watermark. And can also make customizations such as mugs, prints for clothes, stickers, posters, etc. As long as it is for personal use only.
•I f you use any of my works in Ai genereted images, our any other tipe of Ai, I will be taking action against you for intellectual property theft, even after the commission payment.
• Even after payment is made, the commission still represents me. That said, do not use any of my commissions in banners, stickers, or any form of hate propaganda online or in real life.
•Character design:
•Character designs have a value between 70 and 500 dollars, based on elements, details, shapes, style, clothing, adjustments, preferences and final level of rendering.- does not apply to professional work -
